How long does it take to ship my order?

Every order is a bespoke creation tailored to your preferences. The crafting process takes approximately 7-10 days, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. For those who can't wait to bring a dragon into their lives sooner, our rush order option (additional $20) expedites the process to a swift 2-3 days.

To ensure your mythical companions reach you in pristine condition, all dragons are carefully packed in sturdy carton boxes, shielding them from any bumps or jostles during transit. Expect delivery within 5-7 days.

Can you customize dragons in different color and size?

We are providing a lot of patterns for you to choose. You will get what you see in the picture.

 

What's your return policy?

For custom-made products, we don't accept return but we will send replacement if product doesn't meet your requirements.
